Made of 1 Inch or 2 Inch wide x 1/4 Inch thick steel stock with metal loops welded on. Available in 4 Inch, 5 Inch and 6 Inch diameters (approximately 12-1/2 Inches, 15-1/2 Inches and 18-3/4 Inches in circumferance).
